Where investors meet businesses.
An investment and FDI consultancy built for both sides of the table. We make businesses investment-ready and present them properly. We give investors opportunities that are already prepared, documented and verified — then run the process through to completion.
One platform.
Three ways in.
Tell us which side of the table you are on. Everything after that — the process, the documents, the introductions — is built around that single answer.
I am an
investor
Capital looking for prepared Indian opportunities, FDI routes, acquisitions and strategic stakes.
- Indian & FDI opportunities
- Acquisitions and joint ventures
- Manufacturing, technology, projects
- Franchise and expansion capital
I need
investment
Companies that need foreign or strategic investment, expansion capital or a joint venture partner.
- Investment readiness
- Documentation package
- Investor search & matching
- FDI structuring and filings
I want a
partnership
Joint venture, technology, manufacturing, distribution or market-entry alliances — not always pure capital.
- Joint ventures
- Technology & licensing
- Manufacturing tie-ups
- International expansion
We prepare, present, match and coordinate. The transaction happens directly between the parties.
We never accept or hold funds, distribute securities, manage portfolios or promise returns.
Three levels of disclosure. Company identity and numbers are never on a public page.
Legal, CA and CS work is done by qualified professionals. We run the process around them.
Two journeys.
One meeting point.
The same named team works both sides — which is why the introduction, when it comes, is between two parties who have already been prepared for each other.

We connect.
Most platforms stop at a listing. We run the whole distance, with the same named team on both sides of the table.

Nine ways capital
enters a business.
Organised by what the business actually wants — expansion capital, a strategic partner, a buyer or a foreign investor — instead of one undifferentiated listings page.
Startups
Early and growth-stage businesses raising capital.
→Manufacturing
Plant expansion, machinery and industrial capacity.
→Technology
SaaS, IT, AI and software businesses.
→Business expansion
Established businesses seeking growth capital.
→Joint ventures
Indian businesses seeking foreign partners.
→FDI opportunities
Businesses prepared for foreign direct investment.
→Franchise & partners
Brands seeking investors to expand territories.
→Projects
Large projects seeking capital or participation.
→Strategic acquisition
Owners seeking a buyer or a partial exit.

Three levels
of disclosure.
A business should not have to publish its numbers to find an investor. Identity, financials and diligence material are released in stages, as an investor is registered and then verified.

The line between
facilitation and
regulated advice.
Investment work in India is regulated. We are deliberate about which side of that line we sit on, and we put it in writing rather than leaving it to be assumed.
- We never accept, pool or hold investor funds
- We do not distribute securities or manage portfolios
- We do not guarantee funding, approvals or returns
- We are not a registered broker or investment adviser
- We do not grant or process FDI approvals ourselves
- We do not issue legal opinions, filings or audits
Global capital.
Indian opportunities.
India's foreign investment framework runs on FEMA and its rules, read with DPIIT policy. Most sectors are open to 100% FDI under the automatic route subject to conditions; approval-route proposals go through the government framework. We help you read your own case correctly and prepare for the route that applies.
By investor origin
By sector
No jargon.
No promises we cannot keep.
If your case is not fundable yet, we say so at the assessment stage rather than after you have paid for a documentation package.
Q1Is this a platform where I can invest online?+
No. Akon Investors is a consultancy and facilitation platform. We prepare businesses, present opportunities and coordinate the process. The investment itself is completed directly between investor and business, through the appropriate legal structure and professionals. We never accept, pool or hold investor funds.
Q2Do you guarantee my business will raise funding?+
No. What we commit to is a written scope, a named team, a properly prepared case and an honest read on what has to change first. We would rather lose an engagement than promise an outcome we do not control.
Q3Does Akon grant or process FDI approvals?+
No. Approval-route proposals are processed through the government framework. We assess which route applies to your case, prepare the documentation and coordinate the filings with your legal, CA and CS professionals.
Q4What does an investor see before registering?+
Sector, broad location, requirement band, structure sought and status. Company identity, financials and diligence material are released only to registered and then verified investors.
Q5How are your fees structured?+
Readiness, documentation, financial modelling and FDI advisory are fixed-fee services quoted in writing. Investor search and transaction support run on a mandate — a retainer plus a success fee agreed before work starts.
Tell us which side
of the table
you are on.
A first conversation costs nothing and usually ends with a straight answer: whether your case is ready, what it would take to get there, and what it would cost.
